Viva Media Studios was founded by Carmen Ordoñez, an award-winning media professional, television correspondent, host, and trusted content creator with more than 17 years of experience across broadcast, digital media, public relations, and brand storytelling.

Carmen’s career has given her a unique perspective from virtually every side of the media industry. Her experience spans editing, television production, reporting, on-air hosting, and public relations, including working with a leading PR firm representing Fortune 500 companies. That diverse background has given her an in-depth understanding of what makes a story compelling, what resonates with an audience, and what television producers and brands are looking for.

Today, Carmen brings that experience to Viva Media Studios, creating a streamlined, one-stop media solution for brands looking to reach television audiences. From media tours and virtual media tours to branded TV segments and spokesperson services, Viva Media Studios helps brands develop their story, bring it to life, and get it in front of the right audiences—without the layers and overhead often associated with traditional agency models.

Carmen has appeared in 300+ television segments and has been featured across major media outlets including The TODAY Show, The New York Times, FOX and Univision. She is a regular correspondent on Telemundo’s national morning show and previously served as a television host for ION Television. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Carmen is a sought-after spokesperson and trusted content creator, known for sharing family travel, health swaps, and practical lifestyle guidance with her engaged audience.

A pioneer in the digital space, Carmen launched Viva Fashion in 2008, making her one of the early Latina bloggers and digital creators at a time when the creator industry was still in its infancy. In 2012, she was among just 70 bloggers invited to the White House, recognizing the growing influence of digital creators and bloggers in the media landscape.

Based in Miami, Florida, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Florida International University and brings her extensive media experience, industry relationships, and on-camera expertise together through Viva Media Studios.
